I did not get my sign-in code

Codes arrive by SMS within a minute. If nothing comes, check the number, wait a full minute, then ask for a new one. Some networks delay messages from short codes.

My Prayer Walk stopped recording

On Android, keep the notification showing while you walk — that notification is what keeps the recording alive. On iPhone, walks currently record while the app is open; keeping it open with the screen on is the reliable way today.

The map or globe is blank

The map streams its imagery. On a slow connection the first load can take a while — give it a moment on a better signal before assuming it is broken.

Photos or videos will not send

Large files on an unstable connection are the usual cause. A smaller photo, or a moment on a better signal, usually gets it through.

Reporting someone

Report any message, post or profile from inside the app, and block them — blocking works both ways and takes effect immediately. If something needs attention urgently, write to hugo@kingdomglobal.org rather than waiting on the queue.
