What your giving funds, how it is taken, and how to stop it.
Kingdom Advancers is a registered non-profit company in South Africa. The Advance OS app is free, nothing is sold inside it, and there is no advertising. The work is carried by people who give toward it. This page says exactly what that means before you give anything.
Our work is done in the place people actually live — walking a community in prayer, starting the first Kingdom Group in it, and gathering that community until the place itself is changed. Giving carries that work where it is happening rather than where it is administered.
Young people are the largest part of the communities we serve and the part most often written off. This programme is planned and not yet running. Giving received now helps build toward it, and we will say plainly on this page when it starts.
Skills, tools and opportunity put into the hands of people who have been kept from all three. Also planned rather than running — named here so nobody gives toward something believing it already exists.
Advance OS is free to every person who uses it, in every country. Servers, maps, messaging and the people who build it are paid for by giving. Keeping the app free for a person in a township with a borrowed phone is a deliberate cost, and this is who carries it.
Giving is made inside the Advance OS app, under Advance › Giving. You choose the amount and whether it is once or every month. You may also give by bank transfer using the details on that screen.
Payments are processed by Payfast, a South African payment provider. You complete the payment on Payfast's own secure page. Kingdom Advancers never sees, holds or stores your card number. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and nothing else.
A monthly gift continues until you stop it. There is no minimum term and no penalty for stopping.
We will cancel on request without asking for a reason. A cancellation takes effect before the next collection provided we receive it at least two working days beforehand. If a collection has already been taken when you write to us, say so and we will refund it under the policy below.
A gift is voluntary, so the ordinary case is that there is nothing to return. We refund in full, without argument, in these cases:
Write to info@kingdomadvancers.world with the date and amount. We reply within two working days and refunds are returned to the card or account the payment came from, normally within ten working days once processed. We do not charge a fee to refund a gift.
Giving is a donation, not a purchase. No goods are shipped, no service is unlocked, and no part of Advance OS is withheld from anyone who does not give. A person who gives has exactly the same app as a person who does not. We say this plainly because a free app that quietly sells something is the thing we are trying not to be.
All amounts are in South African Rand (ZAR). The amount shown on the Payfast page is the amount taken. There are no handling fees added to a gift and no hidden charges.

A real person reads both. If something has gone wrong with a payment, write rather than wonder — we would far rather return a gift than keep one somebody did not mean to make.
